It is just under a month since we have all been under quarantine, and the death count due to COVID19 rises to 70,847. People are afraid. It feels like the darkness is closing in. No one knows exactly how this disease is being spread. The president is pushing experimental drugs and promising a vaccine will be discovered quickly. We are all wearing masks and avoiding eye contact with one another. The grocery store is short on supplies like toilet paper and pasta. It is scary how quickly we have lost our civility toward one another.
