(12/11/26) DECEMBER WOMEN’S WORKSHOP • YEAR END INVENTORY: SELF-CARE ARTWORK

As the calendar year winds down, we will head into the studio for an introspective guided activity in which participants will create an Expressive Self-Care Circle, which helps to deepen self-awareness, reduce stress, and strengthen emotional resilience. The completed art project becomes both a personal reflection and a tangible reminder of one’s capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.

The goal of this session is NOT to create a masterpiece. The goal is to enjoy the process, connect with others & to learn something about yourself.

WHEN: Friday, December 11, 2026 from 7-9 PM

WHERE: In my studio at 78 New Tudor Road, Pittsford, NY

COST: Space is limited to 10 women.

A light snack will be provided.
