Join local artists, Renee Schuls Jacobson & Stephanie Sheedy for this workshop centered around the theme of Filling Your Cup—an invitation to slow down, reconnect & pour back into yourself.

We don’t want to ruin all our surprises, but participants will choose a very special teacup in which to enjoy some herbal tea & do some junk-journaling and other expressive art activities, while connecting with a supportive circle of women.

Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed & inspired.
